Tea & Tech with LAMH Recycle & Aviva Community Fund

With your help, we now have the chance to support even more people in the local community thanks to a competition through Aviva. We want to create a programme of digital skills learning for older people aged 50 plus living in Lanarkshire who are not computer literate and are digitally excluded, economically disadvantaged and socially isolated.

We are passionate about delivering this innovative and exciting project. It is simple yet effective; giving unwanted IT equipment a new lease of life, providing trainees with a social reason to learn how to refurbish PC’s for use in their local community and empowering older people to interact confidently in the digital world.

The power to make a difference is literally at your finger tips; it’s easy to register and we would be grateful for your support as we endeavor to enhance our local community. Please vote for Tea & Tech and in doing so you can be confident that we will make a significant contribution to the lives of older people as well as their friends and families.
